When do you lose your mucus plug? Im 37 weeks when should i expect to lose my mucus plug? But for the other 4 pregnancies I always used very thin pads/panty liners to detect any spotting etc… Most women will not notice due to bathing/showers and some lose their plug when they first go in to labor and the doctor examines them.
