What is a normal body temperature durning first trimester pregnancy? I noticed lately my body temperature is anywhere from 99.4 to 100.7. It is normal in the morning but increases as the day goes by. Is this normal? I have a doctor appointment on Wednesday is okay to wait until then? Your body will go through MANY changes and most r normal. I had hot flashes the 2nd & 3rd trimester. I just had extra body heat. But they don't consider a temperature until it hits 101.00 or higher. It is normal for your temp to raise throughout the day. And then it all depends on how long you have been having your temp. I wouldn't wait past 2 days. Why are you taking your temperature? Are you feeling ill or discomfort? If you are feeling sick, don't wait - call your doctor immediately.
